Jens' Story

I grew up in a small village in the middle of Germany.

Beautiful nature, forests, small streams, and lots of opportunities to move around freely. At least on the outside.

I would describe the way I grew up as conservative, Catholic, and not really open-minded.

My youth and time as a young adult were characterized by school/work, soccer on Sundays, and weekend blackouts with beer, booze, and heavy metal.

Professionally, I followed the good old German values. Security, security, and security.

So I ended up with a business degree and a 9-to-5 corporate job that I did in autopilot mode for 15 years. Which paid me well, but didn't nurture me in any other way.

Needless to say, I got depressed at some point.

Thank God, for that.

I had to admit to myself that my life wasn't working and had to find other ways to feel comfortable in my skin again.

So I started my journey into self-knowledge and spirituality in 2010. I started with men's circles, Eckhart Tolle books, and some plant medicine, which opened up my reality a lot, and little changes and a sense of hope started to enter my life.

After studying on my own and getting in touch with like-minded people on the path I finally met my spiritual teacher in 2013 during my first trip to India. There, I became initiated into two different spiritual lineages: the Sachcha Lineage and the Kriya Yoga lineage of Babaji. One year later, I was initiated into the Santo Daime tradition in Brazil, where I started to deeply study the work with the master plant from the Amazon. It goes without saying that after these initiations, my life turned upside down. I quit my corporate job, gave up my flat in Germany, and started following my Guru almost everywhere he went.
His work was a blend of Eastern spirituality and Western psychology, involving deep shadow work, lots of silence and meditation, and a lot of relating within the spiritual community (Sangha) around him. I was deeply connected with the community and we were studying and practicing the teachings 24/7.  We were constantly in touch with the psychologists accompanying this work. Learning, growing, and relating. It was there that I received my training as a coach.

Parallel to this work, I started to get involved with the teachings of Homa & Mukto, two teachers from Brazil and Germany. They are both Osho disciples, and with their 35 years of experience, they lead, in my opinion, one of the best and most authentic tantra trainings on this planet. I attended many of their trainings at various levels until I later became one of their assisting facilitators, helping and learning on their side to facilitate groups of up to 60 people, exploring and integrating their challenges related to sexuality and relationships.

After I left my job, I followed my curiosity on how to improve people's overall health. I began studying and working with renowned therapists in Germany, learning craniosacral therapy, Tibetan cranial work, and other bodywork modalities to activate the forces of self-healing in my clients and to bring balance into their physical and energetic bodies.

My curiosity also led me to a young shaman in Nepal, where I studied Tibetan sound healing.

Sharing what I had learned, I touched, adjusted, consulted, and accompanied many hundreds of people on their journey to better health and more balance and empowerment in their lives.

In 2019, I parted ways with my spiritual teacher and started focusing on my own path with the intention to share with the world everything that I had learned and experienced so far, knowing that my toolbox was filled with valuable tools and insights to bring profound change into the lives of those who are ready for it.

Half a year later, I got in touch with the Yawanáwa tribe from the Brazilian Amazon through Hushahu Yawanawá in a plant medicine ceremony in Berlin. Hushahu is an indigenous woman, a pioneer, warrior, and spiritual leader of her people.

She changed the history of the women in her tribe and opened the door for significant female liberation and empowerment in this deeply patriarchal society.

In the ceremony, she was struggling a lot with physical and emotional pain. Given my experience in working with people, I offered my help.
Through a few works I did with her we established a strong connection and friendship, which led her to invite me to tour with her and her family through various countries. She also invited me to her home in the Amazon forest, where I worked with her close family and learned about the traditions and spiritual practices of the tribe.
From this encounter, my path as a teacher opened up strongly, allowing me to share experiences, and teachings, and provide spiritual guidance to many people, especially in ceremonial contexts.

Being called into this role and deeply trusted by a spiritual leader from an indigenous community was something I would have never thought of. I feel very honored to act as a bridge between these worlds.

In 2021, another important opportunity presented itself. I received training in the Neuro-Affective-Relational-Model (NARM®), which is a system to address complex/developmental trauma. This modality greatly enriched my work and provided me with a whole new understanding of why we, as human beings, suffer and how we can move out of difficult life circumstances to create the lives we yearn for.

All these parts of my journey are still touching the work I am offering today in different ways.

I´m not a master teacher, super coach, shaman, or anyone who can heal you or tell you how to live your life.

I'm not interested in that responsibility.

I am someone who is looking for answers as well.

I believe in empowerment through authenticity and connection to our unique inner reality.

My main aim is to bring self-awareness and self-responsibility back into our lives by encouraging us to embrace our imperfect yet beautiful human nature. It's my deep wish that we can come into harmony with the difficult and repressed aspects of our being and that this harmony is able to ripple out into our surroundings. So that we can create a more sustainable, enjoyable, and respectful environment for ourselves and future generations.

Throughout my path, I found ways to ask the right questions so that I could get in touch with the answers waiting inside of me to be revealed. My offer is to share the tools that worked for me with you and to encourage you to find your own answers. To craft your own unique life from a source of empowerment, trust, and clarity.

I am very excited and happy to share everything I have learned with you through this course and the conversations we will have. My greatest joy is to witness and support people as they grow into more joyful, responsible, and emotionally mature human beings.
